Inspired by an episode of Triple-D, where this one restaurant (Dad’s Kitchen) layered bacon, blue cheese and ground beef into a single patty and cooked the patty bacon side down until it crisped up before flipping it and created an alepo pepper roasted garlic aioli, unfortunately I didn’t have any alepo peppers and just made a basic garlic aioli and served it on a toasted brioche roll.
