Potstickers / Pork Dumplings!

So I got in the mood forĀ potstickers/pork dumplings, I was like I have all the ingredients, how hard could it be?, It was a lot more time consuming than I anticipated, I did not have a mixer nor a rolling pin, everything was made by hand. What I thought would take an hour ended up taking several šŸ™

But I have to say, I was happy with my results, considering this is the first time making them.
